Platform Token Policy

This Token Purchase and Usage Policy (“Policy”) governs the acquisition, use, and management of Tokens (“Tokens”) on the Tempobeat AI platform, operated by Digital Soundtech LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13161450, with a registered office at 7 Bell Yard, London, England, WC2A 2JR (“Tempobeat”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By purchasing, redeeming, or otherwise using Tokens within the Tempobeat AI platform, you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound by this Policy, as well as our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these policies, please refrain from purchasing or using Tokens.

Overview of Tokens
What Are Tokens?
Tokens are digital credits used exclusively within the Tempobeat AI platform to access AI-powered music services, including but not limited to:

• AI-generated track creation using specially trained voices 
• Audio mastering and dynamic range enhancement for professional-quality sound
• Vocal isolation, processing, and transformation, including pitch, timbre, and style transfer

These Tokens represent a flexible and scalable form of digital utility, providing access to our advanced music generation features in a way that empowers artists, producers, hobbyists, and businesses alike. 
Tokens function as a flexible unit of access within the Tempobeat AI ecosystem. They provide a pay-as-you-go alternative to subscription models, allowing users to control their spending while accessing a wide array of powerful music generation features.
Tokens are not legal tender, cryptocurrency, or stored-value instruments. They have no monetary or cash equivalent value and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable outside the Tempobeat AI platform. Tokens cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, or used for any transactions outside the Tempobeat AI ecosystem.

Tokens can be purchased directly through the Tempobeat AI website at tempobeat.ai.
We offer a tiered pricing model to support a wide range of usage needs and encourage users to benefit from volume-based discounts:

All Token prices are clearly displayed at checkout and may vary during promotional campaigns. This pricing structure offers affordable entry for casual users and high value for professionals or teams with larger-scale needs.
Purchasing Tokens in larger quantities provides significant cost advantages and increased efficiency for high-frequency creators, studios, and content marketers. Users benefit from full transparency in how much each Token costs depending on the bundle size.

Purchase Process
To purchase Tokens, users must log into their Tempobeat AI account and follow the steps below:

Select a Token Package – Choose from available bundles according to your usage requirements.
Proceed to Checkout – Review your selected amount and view all applicable taxes and discounts.
Authorize Payment – Complete your purchase through our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.
Confirmation – Receive a confirmation screen and an email receipt 

Token packages are designed for flexibility. Whether you are a new user experimenting with the platform or a business seeking scalable access to high-volume generation, the purchasing process is streamlined for convenience.

Taxes and Fees
Regional taxes, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout and shown before payment confirmation.
Users will always have the opportunity to view a full cost breakdown during the checkout process, ensuring pricing clarity and compliance with relevant tax obligations based on the user’s geographic location.

Using Tokens
Permitted Uses
Tokens enable flexible access to Tempobeat AI’s feature-rich services.
Tokens can be redeemed for:

• Remixing or alternative arrangements of user-uploaded content
• High-fidelity mastering of existing tracks
• Audio effects such as reverb, delay, tempo modulation
• Converting vocals or instrumentals to different styles

Each service has a defined Token cost, visible before initiating the request. Tokens are automatically deducted upon completion of a generation task.
Users will also receive a real-time summary of each Token transaction, including the type of service used, Token amount deducted, and the remaining Token balance.

Non-Transferability and Usage Restrictions
Tokens are:

• Non-transferable between accounts
• Bound to the original purchaser’s account
• Not to be traded, sold, gifted, or pooled

Any attempt to misuse Tokens (e.g., sharing login credentials to avoid Token purchases) may result in:

• Immediate suspension of the account
• Permanent forfeiture of unused Tokens
• Denial of future access to the platform

Tempobeat AI may also implement advanced monitoring tools to detect fraudulent Token usage, credential sharing, or unauthorized automation (e.g., bots). Users found violating the fair use policy will be subject to immediate enforcement action.

Token Expiration & Inactive Accounts
Token Expiration
Credits may expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Expiry is non-punitive and is applied solely for operational and accounting purposes.
Prior to any expiry:

• Users will receive advance notice using the contact details associated with their account.

• Users will be provided a reasonable opportunity to use remaining Credits before expiration.

Expiry of unused credits does not affect completed or previously delivered services.

Advance Notification: You will be notified at least 30 days in advance of account deactivation at your registered email address.

Token retention is guaranteed only while your account is active. If you return to the platform after a long period of inactivity and your account was previously deactivated, any forfeited Tokens will not be recoverable unless dictated by applicable consumer protection law.

Reactivating an Inactive Account
To avoid forfeiture, you must log in or use a service within the notification window.
Contact auditory@tempobeat.ai for assistance if you are unable to access your account.
Reactivation is free of charge and will fully restore access to platform services unless your account was terminated due to Terms of Service violations.

Refund & Dispute Policy
General Policy
All Token purchases are non-refundable and non-reversible unless required by applicable law or in the event of technical errors.
This policy allows Tempobeat AI to protect the integrity of its pricing structure and prevent abuse of service access.
Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after Token purchase
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated music output
• Unused Tokens in otherwise eligible accounts

Exceptions
Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

• Duplicate purchases made in error
• Failure of Token crediting after confirmed payment

How to Request a Refund:

• Submit your request within 14 days of purchase
• Include your payment receipt and account email

All requests are reviewed case-by-case. Refunds, if granted, will be issued to the original payment method.

Chargebacks and Unauthorized Transactions

Users are encouraged to contact customer support before initiating a chargeback so that concerns can be resolved promptly. Initiating a chargeback does not automatically result in forfeiture of Credits, though it may trigger an account review in accordance with payment network requirements.

If you suspect fraud or unauthorized activity, notify us immediately at auditory@tempobeat.ai.

Our team will work with you to investigate and resolve unauthorized access or payment errors to the best of our ability while maintaining compliance with data protection and financial regulations.

Promotional Tokens
Issuance and Usage
Promotional Tokens may be granted during special campaigns, referrals, or loyalty programs. These may:

• Have shorter expiration periods (e.g., 30–90 days)
• Be limited to specific services or features
• Not be combinable with other promotions

Promotional Tokens are typically issued as part of:

• Seasonal discounts and campaigns
• Social media or referral contests
• Feedback or bug bounty rewards

Priority and Restrictions

• Promotional Tokens are used before purchased Tokens when redeeming services
• Promotional Tokens are non-transferable and non-refundable

Tempobeat AI may revoke unused Promotional Tokens if:

• Terms of the promotion are violated
• Fraudulent activity is detected

Any abuse of Promotional Token systems (e.g., creating multiple accounts to farm bonuses) may result in account banning and the cancellation of promotional balances.

Account Security
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for securing their accounts by:

• Using a strong, unique password
• Keeping credentials confidential
• Monitoring account activity regularly

Users are encouraged to use two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and refrain from accessing their accounts from public or untrusted networks.
Tempobeat AI is not liable for Token loss due to unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

Reporting Security Issues
Report suspected compromise immediately to auditory@tempobeat.ai. We will:

• Investigate the issue
• Temporarily secure the account
• Restore access once verified

Security breaches that result in abuse of the Token system will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR and relevant data protection legislation.

Policy Modifications
Tempobeat AI reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Significant changes, including pricing or Token expiration rules, will be communicated:

• At least 7 days in advance
• Via email or platform announcements

Modifications may arise from legal requirements, platform updates, service expansions, or operational shifts. It is the responsibility of users to review these updates to remain compliant.
Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
